Signposting
Signposting is undertaken by our specially trained Patient Care Advisors. When you call the surgery, you will be asked to give brief details what your call is regarding. This means that instead of automatically being given an appointment with a GP, you will be advised if there is a suitable alternative that may be a better option for you. This will be based on what may be most convenient for you and the particular area of expertise of the health professional involved
Signposting Directory
Our team has a directory that they work from that has been developed by our clinical team. This is included for your information to give you a guide on who it is likely that you will need to see or be signposted to.
